GameCam Data Deletion Instructions

GameCam is owned and operated by Veronica Aime Rey, sole proprietor, doing business as GameCam and CourtSide Labs.

Most of what GameCam holds lives on your device. There is one exception: if you connected TikTok to enter a GameCam campaign, that connection created an account on our servers. Section 1 covers deleting it; the rest covers everything stored locally and with your streaming providers.

1. Delete your GameCam account (TikTok campaigns)

You only have an account if you connected TikTok to enter a campaign. Connecting TikTok is what creates it — there is no separate sign-up.

  1. Open GameCam and go to the Campaigns tab.
  2. Tap Delete account under your TikTok connection.
  3. Confirm. The deletion happens immediately.

This removes your TikTok access and refresh tokens, revokes GameCam's access at TikTok, and deletes your campaign entries with their stored statistics, your participant record, your name from any leaderboard, and any GameCam Pro granted through a campaign.

One thing is kept. If you were awarded a prize in a campaign, that entry is not deleted — it is stripped of your name, your TikTok video link, and its caption, and what remains is the record that a prize was awarded. Deleting the only evidence of a payment is not something we can undo later. Everything else about that entry goes.

Your videos on TikTok are never touched. GameCam only ever reads the ones you selected; delete them from TikTok itself.

2. Disconnect streaming accounts in GameCam

  1. Open GameCam.
  2. Open Settings, then Streaming.
  3. Select YouTube or Twitch and tap the connected-account button to disconnect that provider.
  4. For Facebook or Custom RTMP, remove the saved server URL and stream key.

This removes the applicable connection information stored by GameCam on that device.

3. Remove all local GameCam data

Delete recordings and clips from GameCam and your device Photos or gallery. On iPhone or iPad, remove saved streaming connections inside GameCam first so their Keychain entries are deleted, then uninstall GameCam to remove its remaining local App data. On Android, use Settings > Apps > GameCam > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall GameCam.

4. Remove Facebook or custom stream destinations

GameCam does not connect to Facebook Login. Remove the Facebook or custom server URL and stream key saved in GameCam. Live videos already sent to Facebook or another provider must be deleted from that provider's dashboard or account.

5. Revoke YouTube or Twitch access

Revoking access prevents future use of that provider by GameCam. Live videos already published remain under the provider's control and must be deleted from that provider's dashboard or account.

6. Request assistance

If you need help or want confirmation regarding a deletion request, email courtsidelabsapps@gmail.com with the subject GameCam Data Deletion Request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or stream keys.

If you connected TikTok and cannot reach the in-app button — for example because you uninstalled GameCam — email us from the address you can be reached at and include your TikTok handle so the account can be identified. We will delete it and confirm.

7. What deletion does not remove

Clearing GameCam does not automatically delete broadcasts, recordings, comments, analytics, billing records, or other information retained by Google, YouTube, Twitch, Facebook, your custom RTMP provider, or your device backup service. Contact the applicable provider for that data.
